Meijer was die argitek en eienaarbouer van genoemde grasdak en het aangebied om vir ons die huis te herbou. Hy moes die planne heelwat aanpas om die dakkonstruksie na dié van ’n Toskaanse styl te verander.Mnr. Meijer is besonder kundig, kreatief en prakties met bouplanne. Hy het van die mooiste huise in Potchefstroom ontwerp en gebou. Ons kan getuig dat mnr. Meijer se pryse billik is, die afwerking van sy huise is van hoogstaande gehalte en hou by bepaalde sperdatums.Sy emosionele ondersteuning aan ons gesin gedurende hierdie traumatiese tydperk was merkwaardig en het tot ons gesin se genesingsproses bygedra.Ons kan mnr. Meijer aanbeveel vir die ontwerp van bouplanne, maar ook vir die bouproses en die finale afronding van enige bouprojek.Ons beste wense vergesel mnr. Meijer.
